Psalm 63

Have you ever found that you feel like you are living in a desert? In a dry and weary land where there is no water? I have felt that way before. Analogies in life can be very meaningful and very powerful, for they can help break through the mental barriers that we so often have. God knew this, and he packed His Word to us full of analogies to help us to understand better (one can take this too far... someday I will have a page in here about creation...).

Anyhow, this particular passage of scripture speaks strongly to all you who are living in a desert-like situation. Whether the stresses be emotional, physical, or spiritual, God is always there for you. This passage also contains in it the words to several praise & worship songs that I enjoy.
