What should one put on their web page? How would you describe yourself? I choose to do so by listing (and explaining somewhat) those things that are important to me. This page is a conceptual page - someday I may have time to make it more complete.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME?
I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord. I believe He is God come to earth as a man, that He died for my sins (and yours) and that He rose from the dead to break the power of sin and death in our lives. More information and a list of links can be found on my Religion page.
My family is very important to me. I have a lovely wife, Donna, who is Asst. Prof. of Mathematical Sciences at Ball State University. We have three children. Tim is a '99 Computer Science graphics track grad from Taylor and is currently employed at DreamWorks Animation - PDI in San Francisco. Jeni (Riley) is a '03 social work grad from Taylor University and is currently working on her MSW from IU South Bend. Ben is a senior at Taylor University majoring in political science and sociology and will be married this summer.
I am a Professor at Taylor University
in the Computing and System Sciences
Department. I completed my PhD in
Computer
Science at the University of Kentucky with research in the area of graphics.
(You may now ask yourself "OK, so why is this homepage so ugly?" Good
question - probably because I am an algorithms and math graphics person as well
as being very busy.)
To discover a little more about my duties you may access my faculty information page. There you will find links to my courses and publications.
