All you really need is to have the procmail package installed on your mail system, and a setup that allows you to use it. Typically, this means that you have a Un*x mail system, and access to a shell account, although procmail is probably available on some other systems as well. Many ISPs and such already have it installed. If they don't, you can often download it from someplace like SunSITE and install it locally. This is what I had to do on our local Linux system. You can also visit the official procmail distribution site in Germany. For those of you here at Taylor, or others using Linux, you can download my copy of the binaries as procmail.tar.gz. The binaries and the man pages will be extracted into the directory "local".
