Tracks

"Tracks" are a unique way for majors in the CSE Department to gain a better emphasis and understanding of areas that are highly related to the Computer/Technology field. Computer Science never solely deals with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer; it deals with people, business departments, specializations, and tracks help give students a significant step and better perspective into an area that they would like to further develop their computer science major.

Some of the Tracks we currently offer:

  • Software Studio - getting involved in long-term, real-world application projects and software development
  • Business Information Systems - taking a look at how technology is being implemented from a business perspective
  • Graphics - a better understanding of how technology handles and operates in a visual-centric society
  • Intelligent Systems - discovering how to create programs that are capable of making decisions and learning from stimuli
  • Scientific Computing - taking a deeper look into mathematical capabilities of both humans and technology
