CSE Network

The CSE network hosts services that are separate from but coordinated with the rest of the Taylor campus network. We have 11 servers (running mostly Red Hat Linux) and around 80 clients. These servers provide many services such as email, web hosting, several different types of databases, and user directories.

Many CSE services are accessed by our students from the residence halls as they work on projects or just want to check their email. We also provide access to most services from off campus over encrypted channels for convenience.

Wireless 802.11g access is offered in conjunction with the Taylor IT department throughout the dungeon as well in the lecture halls.
