First computer you had or used?
I don't remember the brand, but it had a 40MB hard drive, 1MB of memory, and it ran DOS. I chose not to upgrade to a color monitor because I couldn't imagine why color would be worth having.
Preferred operating system?
I prefer Linux...I just like the open source idea. I do spend quite a bit of time in Windows too.

If you were a bit, would you be a 1 or a 0?
I realize if you root for the underdogs you're probably a '0' type of guy...but I'm sticking with '1'.
How does your relationship with God affect the way you use computers?
As a Christian I am very interested in how a community of Christians can live together and interact with one another. As a computer user I often think about the impact of modern technology on communities and how, even with the ease of communications, computers tend to support individuality and less face-to-face community interaction.

Any type of cheese that doesn't have holes in it.

In Upland English tends to work pretty well.

Places with good pie and coffee, The Taj Mahal restaurant in Fort Wayne, all the towns in Michigan along the lake, large cities, and Ireland.

My wife and I are recovering from an addiction to next generation.

I would be able to pause time. So I can get everything done.

Fly...so I could easily travel around the world.

When you go to a restaurant and they serve you a beverage, do you use the straw or take it out?
For some reason I always use a straw at a restaurant, but I would never think of doing this at home...I'm not sure why.
If you take it out, would you consider using it to throw spit wads at the table across the aisle?

What is the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow?
As anyone knows, unladen swallows have an airspeed velocity of about 10 meters per second. Some species, however, can achieve velocities of 15 meters per second.
